General Information:

$100.00 non refundable security deposit upon approval. $300.00 standard venue fee. $75.00 cleaning fee. Half Day (3.5 hours) or Full Day (7 hours) are available. All private events are on a minimum spend system based on the day chosen with a 10% service charge. Food and decorations accepted upon approval. We'll work with your budget!
